Craftsmanship Counts
When obsolete equipment fails, revenue is lost. When repairs or replacements are procured, they need to work. It is too common for additional time and money to be lost when replacements do not work or fail prematurely.
The Hardgrave approach uses detailed analysis of the issue, leveraging state of the art technology, laboratory testing, and practical experience to create a solution that works well and stands the test of time.
Services
Hardgrave brings together a specific list of services designed to carry a project through to completion, reducing the need for additional vendors.
The Story
Hardgrave was founded after years of seeing the same pattern of issues appear across engineering and manufacturing for brownfield oil and gas projects.
Progress can be difficult when critical information is missing. A part was delivered that didn't match the drawing, documentation for existing equipment was incomplete, Material specifications were uncertain, a new retrofit assembly did not fit as expected.
The solutions exist, but obtaining them often required multiple vendors, multiple disciplines, and more time and money than the project could afford.
There is an opportunity to approach these problems differently.
By combining industry experience with modern measurement technology, reverse engineering, dimensional verification, and practical manufacturing knowledge, Hardgrave provides clear technical answers when they are needed most.
Our goal is straightforward: help clients reduce uncertainty, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects moving.
